CH 2000 Series - CARBON HONEYCOMB Ultralite Construction
Honeycomb core, sandwiched between layers of high tensile carbon fibre. This is our stiffest and lightest shell designed for the ultimate in racing performance and built to FISA minimum weight.
Our unique combination of materials and construction methods, is the product of extensive testing, research and development. The result, is a range of ultra-light stiff hulls proven in competition and sought after by elite athletes and winning school crews throughout the World.
Pure Carbon – SINGLE SKIN Racer
Carbon core, sandwiched between layers of high tensile carbon fibre. This results in an extreemly stiff hull that is extreemly robust and user friendly. This is the ideal construction for intermediate athletes, junior, school and club level athletes. It provides the stiffness and speed of a racing shell with the added security of a higher impact resistant shell.
The pure carbon fiber core, sandwiched between layers of high tensile unidirectional carbon fiber is vacuum molded and laminated. This method of construction gives an extremely strong, stiff and durable hull that is inexpensive and easy to repair.
The interior is a full, bow-to-stern monocoque construction, incorporating the seat decks and canvases. This method of construction links the shell both longitudinally and torsionally, from gunwale to gunwale – bow to stern – unifying the entire structure and making it inherently stronger than any other boat on the market.
CGF 2000 Series - CARBON/GLASS/FOAM Construction
The CGF 2000 Series is our mid - range construction, less expensive than our CH 2000 UltraLite Series, but comes with the same Ausrowtec quality and guarantee. This range has been designed for School and Club use where performance, durability and cost-effectiveness are of prime importance.
CG 2000 Series - Carbon/Glass Composite racing Shells
The CG 2000 series is our budget construction, less expensive than our CH 2000 and CGF 2000 range, but with the same Ausrowtec quality and guarantee. This range has been designed for Schools and Club use where strength, durability are the prime requirements. These boats are reinforcrd in key areas so that they are not easily damaged.
